Signed Lease
I signed a 2 year rental lease with a lady in February. She told me once she had the lease that section 8 would cut a check immediately. SHe never delivered a check. She verbally told me on two different occassions she was coming with the check. I have recieved o dollors at this time. Her lease is to begin April 15th. However, I’m not going to pack and risk my family being in limbo. Can I rent my home to another person? DO I have to fullfil her 2 year lease?
