I am in very troubl. I am very peace loving and staying in ground floor of my house.My tanent of 1st floor by arranging my photos from photographer and by forgering my signature on GPA(general power of attorney) claims that I was purchase Ist floor for a sum of rupees 5 lakh and I m the owner of 1st floor.4 relatives of tanent signed as a wittness on forge GPA.Tanent also showing false cash receipt.All signature are forged and not signed by me.I have no agreement of rent and no rent receipt.I filed 156/3 on december 2007 u/s 420/506.Tanent said in court that all signature are signed by me.One year is done.12 dates is given.Court says me in courtroom do compromise othervise I will give u long date but in not written court only said in verbaly.Tanent says you give me 3 lakh then I will compromise.I heared that relative of tanent works in court as a record keeper.I want to go in high court u/s 482.At this court stage,In which grounds I can go in high court for signature fsl order and FIR order when court saying only verbally for long date and for compromise.

my husband had bought a vehicle and was given a notorized bill of sale for the car. we never recvd the title from the person. two months later my husband gets pulled over and the car was reported stolen he was charged with possesion of stolen property and theft. we also had the origional keys to the vehicle. the car was bought in kansas. my husband is being charged in kansas and in minnesota. we are not able to afford a paid for attorney, my husband wants this to be over so he tried to take a plea bargain, they were gointg to give him presumptive probation, but instead they gave him a pre sentence investigation and recommended 23 months in prison so he withdrew his plea. I know that this is a cival case it should not be criminal we bought the car from a person and have a notorized bill of sale. we have our backs against the wall what should we do. and can two states actually charge my husband with the same exact charge.please help i really need some legal advice his public defender is not doing anything to help him at all.

What can I file/ do?
I own a golf cart that I recently had a buyer for, I have a written contract between him and I. The contract stated that after all repairs are completed, new paint, backseat intalled, lights and the cart is properly wired they will pay the rest of the money owed on the cart. Now they have backed out of the contract and had their attorny send me a letter stating that they are going to file a suit against me for $450.00 (which is the down payment for parts) and they told their attorny that they own the cart. I have the original bill of sale for the cart and all the recipts for the work completed. I never sold them the cart yet. They are trying to sue me for forgery (on the contract), the $450.00 back, and they said they own the cart. What can I do or file?
