Durable family power of attorney
My parents each have durable power of attorney. My father has alzheimers. Do we need to remove him and leave my mother and add a sibling as durable power of attorney

Is a durable power of attorney written in the state of Illinois valid in the state of Florida, or does a new instrument need to be written.

Revocation of Durable Power of Attorney
I was recently assigned Durable Power of Attorney for my Mother. My understanding is that this not only gives me the authority to manage her finances, but also the responsibility to pay her obligations if she cannot. She has continually disregarded my advice and will likely, at some point in the future, be unable to meet her financial obligations. I have sibling(s) who feel that I am trying to ”cut them out”, so I have hesitated to take complete control of her finances. My question is…can I, as the agent, have the DPOA revoked or must the revocation be initiated by my mother, the principle?

Is a Durable Power of Attorney the correct document to execute for a single man, no children, in the military as opposed to a General Power of attorney? I want my parents to be able to conduct business and make any decision necessary for me in case I cannot speak for myself or expire.
