Repossession storage fee
I voluntarily agreed to repossession of my mobile home. The mortage company demanded that I be moved out in six days. I meet their time limit and now it has been weeks and the mobile home is still sitting on my property. Can I charge them a daily storage fee until they actually remove the mobile home?
Can you serve someone with an eviciton notice if they live on your property but live with someoneelse in their own mobile home?
My child has lived with my grandmother for four years, and I had given power of attorney for my grandmother to take care of school matters. I would like for my child to live with me now and my grandmother doesn’t want to allow me to take her. What is the process for me to get my child back?
I went to move a mobile home today that I own because the tenant moved out and hadn’t paid his payment for four months. As the movers were putting on the axles the man that owned the land said we couldn’t move till he had his money from the tenant for lease of his land. I am only 27 and own 5 mobile homes that I rent and I sold this one. So, my question is can I move my trailer. I am in Mississippi if that makes a difference.
