Tenants
Our tenant moved her boyfriend in / she was the only one on expired lease & she is now renting month to month / boyfriend beat her up & now she wants him out / he is refusing to move out / what should she do & is there anything we can do to help her?

The answer depends on whether he would be considered a tenant, himself. If so, then you need to send him a letter of eviction, giving him 30 days to respond. After those 30 days, if he has not left, you can petition the court to remove him.
