Termining a month to month lease
I efficency apartments that I rent for a landlord on a month to month basis. There are no contracts involved. If you have a problem with a tenant what are the right that we have to evict them. They are consistentaly late with the rent and now three weeks behind.

You can send written notice of termination at least 15 days prior to end of monthly term.
