Writ of Execution for Money Judgment (Montco)
I have obtained a money judgment on 7/8, against my former tenants, from the local magistrate for unpaid rent and charges under a residential lease agreement. They have not appealed. How do I go about filing a Writ of Execution in order to try and obtain their personal property to satisfy the judgment? What do I need to file, by when, and where? I know where they now live and continue to work. Thanks.

You are now able to garnish wages in Pennsylvania for residential leases. That is probably a better way to go than to execute upon personal property. But if you want to go the route of executing on personal property, you need to get a Writ of Execution from the Magistrate and have the Constable serve it.
