Deeding over a house without property
I am building a new home on property I own. The existing structure would need to be demolished in order to do this. My neighbor has expressed interest in moving the house onto his property. I would like to sign over the house to him so that he can do this. What documentation should be used to do this? All I can find are quit claim deeds. I want to make sure the only thing I sign over is the structure, not the property. Thanks!

  1. Re: Deeding over a house without property
You do not deed a mere house. A contract to remove & sell the house structure is needed.
