Quit Claim Deed
My mother signed a Quit Claim Deed signing over 1/4 of her property to myself and 2 siblings. This was done through an attorney 3 years ago. Now my mother is wanting back all of her interest in the property which has no mortgage.
Can she legally make me sign it back over or can I refuse and keep my 1/4 share?
