Executors vs.

Executors vs. Heirs
My grandmother had a trust and living will, the whole shebang. She appointed my mother and uncle as co-executors. Nothing is being done to settle her estate and they constantly fight over her checkbook and are going through every penny my grandmother had in her life. I am constantly put in the middle of the ”drama” between my mother and uncle, yet nothing gets done except for when I step in and do it. I am 21 and though not specifically named in my grandmother’s will, I meet the circumstances delineated in her will to qualify as an heir. Is there anything I can do or do I have any legal standing to try and take control of the estate so that things can be resolved?

You could petition the court to have them removed if they are not fulfilling their obligations.
