Father died made ,mother, 2 son and, 1 daughter all are nomiee for flat mom has made a indemnity bond as per maharshtra society bye law 34 ,so will the other 3 nomiee will get the share of the said flat as all 3 have to sgin the document to transfer the flat
A nominee is a caretaker and not owner of a flat. So if your Father has not made any Will it will be divided between all of you. you can object to the transfer. It will be better you meet me personally if possible so that i can have full facts and advice you
