i am asking this question again bcoz i have forgot to mention other important relevant details

a decade back my parents died leaving me, my unmarried sis and bro and 1 married sis
my married sis claimed her inheritence which v gave her then made her sign following legal doc in registry office..
1] power of attorney to my bro
2] transfer of property in my bros name
3]indemnity bond
4]no objection- that v have received our huf shares from our parents property and in future v will reclaim any

question is that v all sis gave this signs to our bro- even though i had not taken any share
unfortunately my bro died now my sis is again reclaiming share
Q1] can a person get share once again on the same property[my bro has not earned any]
Q2] i am single and was with my bro so what r my rights
Q3] do married sis have equal right to their bros property

  1. Married and unmarried daughters have the same share as their brother. The documents signed by your sister will have to be examined to determine her rights and other siblings.
