felony drug charge
if the police are told they do not have permission to search without a warrent and they proceed to search the house kicking in a locked bedroom door of one of the people on the rental agreement, then have a warrent arrive 3 hours later and the person that they kicked in the door to his bedroom and already arrested, name is not even on the warrent is that legal

    The answer to that will come from the judge at the evidence suppression hearing or preliminary hearing. Get an attorney.
