What legal form is used for a lease agreement between a tenant to a new tenant for a three month period, this is a college apartment we want to sublease out for the summer.
we are also looking for a free form.

The first question is whether you have the right to sub-lease. Amost always, you do not.
If you want a form, look at the lease that you signed. It is probably momre than you need. A lease is a contract, You need to make sure it receits the agreement that you have reached and the consideration for the agreement.
