It is valid until you die. It is also valid unless and until you revoke it. Periodically, though, it is a good idea to update your estate planning documents because the Florida legislature is always “tweaking” the language of these estate planning documents and their form every 3-4 years. So I would consider having a local estate planning attorney look it over and consider updating it. I hope this answers you question.
