I purchase a mobile home from a mobile home dealer who went bankrupt a few month after purchase. I continued to pay and have paid in full, but the will not release the title.

Do not waste any time. Go to the bankruptcy court and find the name, address and phone number of the bankruptcy Trustee and the attorney representing the dealer. Send a Letter to the Trustee (copy the attorney for dealer) asking for the title to be released. Be sure to send a letter this week and then follow up with phone calls.
Be persistent and be prepared to show proof of the payments you made. If you do not receive a positive result within 2 weeks, then go to attorney to represent you in this matter.
