rental agreement?
I have a house for rent, and a lady paid the security deposit to hold the house until 3-1-07, but has not signed the rental agreement yet. ( she took it home to look over 3 days ago ) I have people interested in moving in earlier. My question is can I give her the deposit back and move onto somebody else, or is this still an agreement i have to abide by? Thank you …Meghan
